Exporting a PM calendar - 5/1/2008 11:32:15 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline It is not possible to export a default, pre-designed calendar from any version of PM - because the Export As option in the File menu is greyed out for those pre-designed calendars. However, the simple act of clicking on a text box or graphic image will cause the Export As option in the File menu to be selectable. And, that will allow any PM calendar to be exported to a variety of different graphic file formats - *.jpg, *.bmp, *.png, *.gif, *.pcx, *.tif, *.wmf, *.pmo. However, after selecting Export As in the File menu, it is critically important to click in the circle next to 'Save All Objects'.
