Hi saskq1, I'll answer your question about the Saturday and Sunday columns first, because it is the easiest answer. By default, the "Week with tasks" layout already contains the Saturday and Sunday columns. If your "Week with tasks" layout does not include the Saturday and Sunday columns, right click on one of the days of the calendar, then select 'Properties' in the menu that drops down. When the Properties window opens, click on the 'Miscellaneous' tab. On the Miscellaneous tab, look in the box titled 'Week days only'. If you see a checkmark in that box, click in the box to remove that checkmark. As to your question about printing the "Week with tasks" layout to get 2 pages instead of 1 for larger column widths, the first thing you'll need to do is to click on 'File' in the menubar then click on 'Page Setup'. When the Page Setup window opens, click on the 'Layout' tab. On the Layout tab, click in the box next to 'Pages per Calendar', then set 'Across' to 2 and 'Down' to 1, then click on OK. When you click on 'File' in the menubar, then click on 'Print Preview', you will see that the calendar is now set for 2 pages. But, you will also see that the calendar and the Task list will not split evenly between days. And, even though it is possible to set the Tasks list to moveable so that you can control where the calendar splits (by right clicking on the Task list, then selecting 'Set Moveable' in the list that drops down), I can find no way to move the columns so that the calendar will split evenly between days.
