RE: Calendar transfer from one year to the next for Pri... - 8/18/2009 9:36:13 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi poppastandard, If you are working with a regular Print Shop calendar, it is not possible to transfer data from one calendar layout to another. But, you can transfer data from one year to another in the same calendar layout by simply changing the date on the calendar to another year. However, the data will not always appear in the proper day cell after the date is changed. So, you will probably have to manually move some of the data around after changing the date. If you are working with a Calendar Creator Express calendar in Print Shop 23, you can transfer data from one year to the next by creating events that repeat every year. Then, all you would have to do is to change the date to another year. With Calendar Creator calendars, the data will appear in the proper day cell after the date is changed. So, you will not need to move the data.
