   | Problem
While attempting to install an Encore or Sierra game, you receive an error message which says, "You already have this version installed"

 Solution

 FOR ENCORE VERSIONS

 1. Click on Start, click on Run, type REGEDIT into the 'Open' box:, click on OK
 2. Click the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (for WinXP) or HKEY_CURRENT_USER (for WinVista & Windows 7)
 3. Click the + next to SOFTWARE
 4. Click the + next to ENCORE
 5. Delete the folder for the program that your trying to install
 6. Reinstall the game

 FOR SIERRA VERSIONS:

 4. Click the + next to SIERRA
 5. Delete the folder for the program that your trying to install
 6. Reinstall the game

Warning: Editing the registry improperly can result in computer failure. Please back up all important files before editing.

NOTE: For WinVista and Windows 7, you will not see a + to click on. Instead, click on the right arrow.
