		 Activation can fail if the product cannot detect your Internet connection (possibly due to firewall or other security software on your system). If this occurs you will be shown a window with options to “Buy Full Version,” “Continue Free Trial,” or “If you have completed a purchase and need to enter your key, click here.”      NOTE: If you are using your product in a corporate/work environment you need to verify with your system administrator or IT staff to find out if this is allowed.      To resolve this error, click on “If you have completed a purchase and need to enter your key, click here.”      Copy down the Hardware Fingerprint displayed on the window that appears and contact Customer Service with this information.      Customer Service is available Monday - Friday ONLY from 8 AM to 5 PM CST excluding Holidays.       Submit an 'Online Order Support Request' to Customer Service      The telephone number for Customer Service is 1-800-395-0277  - - - Canadian Customers please call: (763)450-2466      You will be sent an email containing your registration key number.       Fill in the “Name” field with your name as it appears on your order along with the key you receive from customer service to register your product.
