Activation can fail if the product cannot detect your Internet connection (possibly due to firewall or other security software on your system). If this occurs you will be shown a window with options to “Buy Full Version,” “Continue Free Trial,” or “If you have completed a purchase and need to enter your key, click here.”
NOTE: If you are using your product in a corporate/work environment you need to verify with your system administrator or IT staff to find out if this is allowed.
To resolve this error, click on “If you have completed a purchase and need to enter your key, click here.”
Copy down the Hardware Fingerprint displayed on the window that appears and contact Customer Service with this information.
