I purchased Hoyle solitaire but cannot access the help which shows how to play the games. Help someone please....

Starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft no longer offers the WinHelp32.exe file in its operating system as programmers are encouraged to use the newer format. But don't fret! You can still download support for these legacy help files from Microsoft directly so you can properly read the documentation. See here for more info:
