'Save as PDF' not compatible with 64-bit Operating Systems - 7/7/2010 10:08:33 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline The Save as PDF option in The Print Shop 23 and in earlier versions of The Print Shop will not work on any 64-bit Operating System - because the Broderbund PDF driver which is installed with those versions of The Print Shop is not compatible with any 64-bit Operating System. The recommended solution for working around this problem is to Print to PDF instead of Save as PDF. Please click on the link below for more information Save as PDF vs File | Print to PDF NOTE: If you don't know whether you are using a 32-bit Operating System or a 64-bit Operating System, go to Control Panel, select System, then look for something which says either "32-bit Operating System" or "64-bit Operating System". If you are using WinXP and you don't see any mention of either 32-bit or 64-bit, your Operating System is probably a 32-bit Operating System.
