Hi rsprouse, I'm not sure that what I'm about to suggest will work for you - because if your 5 events contain too much text, or if the font size is too large, it might not be possible for the program to fit them all into the same day cell. However, the recommended way to force the program to fit as much text as possible into a day cell is to do this: 1. Right click on a blank portion of a day cell. 2. When the 'Layout Object Properties' window opens, click on the 'Miscellaneous' tab. NOTE: If the 'Modify Event' window opens instead of the 'Layout Object Properties' window, that would indicate that you right clicked on an event. And, in that case, you will have to close the window and try again. But, next time, try right clicking very close to the edge of the day cell. 3. On the Miscellaneous tab, click in the box next to 'Fit Event Cell Size to Description' - to place a check mark in that box. 4. Click on OK to return to the workspace. 5. If all 5 events are still not displayed in the day cell, click on 'File' in the menubar, then select 'Preferences' in the list that drops down. 6. When the 'Preferences' window opens, click on the 'Overflow' tab. 7. On the 'Overflow' tab, make sure that there is a checkmark in the box next to 'Reduce the font size till'. 8. Make sure that the number in the 'points' box is set to 6. 9. Click on OK to return to the workspace. 10. If all 5 events are still not displayed in the day cell, the only other options would be to shorten the text of each event.
