Error: Program cannot create the image - 10/11/2010 12:14:17 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Problem You receive the error "Program cannot create the image." Solution Please ensure that when you are installing The Print Shop that the older versions of The Print Shop, PrintMaster, and American Greeting Cards are uninstalled. This is recommended because often times the older versions have projects and art that The Print Shop will try to import. If the projects and art are successfully imported, they may be unreadable because they are not using the correct file format.
