Problem

Fonts freeze while attempting to change a font

Solution

Download and install the Font Configuration file, as described below:

1. Click on the link below

http://files.broderbund.com/TPS_2.0/FontsConfiguration.xml

2. When the 'Opening FontsConfiguratin.xml' window opens, make sure that 'Save' is selected. (DO NOT select 'Open').

3. Save the file to your desktop.

4. Right-click on the FontsConfiguration.xml file that was saved to your desktop

5. Select 'Copy' from the menu that drops down

6. Click on 'Start'

7. Click on 'My Computer' for XP or 'Computer' for Vista & 7

8. Double-click (C:)

9. Double-click 'Program Files' (for a 32-bit Operating System) or 'Program Files (x86)' (for a 64-bit Operating System)

10. Double-click The Print Shop 2.0 folder

11. Right-click on a blank area in the window on the right, then select 'Paste' from the menu that drops down.

12. Close all windows and restart the computer.
