If you are using AVG or McAfee, it is very likely that your problem is the result of a false alarm only, which was caused by an AVG or McAfee virus update - because updates for those anti-virus software applications have been known to cause false alarms in the past.
Since your XP can't find the monopoly.exe file, that would indicate the the Monopoly installation might have become corrupt. And, if that is the case, the recommended option is to click on the link below
