I purchased Adventure workshop 1st-3rd grade however; the card with the Administrator password, I miss placed. I am posting a request for an Admin. password for I will be able to change the level of skill my children are learning to a more challenging skill.

Since those of us who help on these user-to-user forums are volunteers only - who are neither employed by nor connected with either Customer Service or Technical Support - and since assistance with Administrator passwords is provided only by Technical Support, your only option, I'm afraid, is to click on the link below
then follow the directions in that FAQ for contacting Technical Support.
However, you will want to make special note of the comment in that FAQ where it says this:
"The first most important point which must always be kept in mind when contacting Technical Support is that questions which are submitted to Technical Support are ALWAYS answered in the order they are received. However, since Technical Support often experiences a serious backlog, you might not receive an answer for several days. Please DO NOT submit a 2nd or 3rd question - because this only increases the backlog."
