If you purchased a digital download from broderbund.com, encore.com, hoylegaming.com or bicycle.com before January 1, 2011, and are encountering the 'Disconnected Activation' error message, you may be experiencing an issue with a copy protection technology that has been discontinued.

NOTE: Purchases made after January 1, 2011 are not affected by this issue.

To correct this problem, please click on the link below

http://support.encore.com/ordersupport/order_support_frm.aspx?category_id=40

to submit a ticket to Encore Customer Service.

In the ticket, please be sure to enter your original order number for your purchase.

Your order number can be found on the activation email that was sent to you at the time of your purchase.

When the support team handles your incident, you will receive a new e-mail - with a new link and key to re-download your purchase.

NOTE: Before re-downloading from the new link, you will need to click on the link below

then follow the directions in that FAQ for performing a thorough uninstall of the previous version of your download containing the old copy protection technology.

If the previous version is not completely uninstalled, the old copy protection will prevent you from using your new download.
