The PM 2012 User Guide is a PDF file, which can be accessed only from the internet here
http://pm2012.printmaster.com/2012/support/pm_user_guide.pdf
It is possible to open that PDF file from within PM 2012 - by clicking on 'Help' in the PM 2012 menubar, then selecting 'User Guide' in the menu that drops down.
However, since the User Guide must be accessed from the internet, the User Guide will open in your default browser, NOT in Adobe Reader. So, the first time you try to open the User Guide, you must be connected to the internet.
After the User Guide is opened the first time, you can save it to your hard drive, then create a shortcut to that saved *.pdf file.
