Problem

Failed to initiate window

Solution

The Mavis Beacon 25th Anniversary & Keyboarding Kidz programs are currently experiencing problems while working with Wide screen monitors and Netbooks.

This is because the Mavis program runs at the set resolution of 1024 x 768. So, unfortunately, when the program attempts to scale to your computer's resolution, the process might fail.

At this time, there is nothing that can be done to correct this problem.

Please do keep in mind that if you purchased Mavis Beacon from a retail store within the last 90 days or from broderbund.com or encore.com within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a refund.

Please click on the link below

to view the refund policy.
