When the 'Month on 2 pages' view is selected in most recent versions of Calendar Creator, the bottom of the day cells on the right page will not line up with the bottom of the day cells on the left page - as can be seen in the image at the bottom of this message.

The quickest way to fix this problem would be to do this:

1. Click on the 'To Do' box on the right page.

2. Starting with the top day cell which is misaligned, place your mouse cursor over the bottom line of that day cell.

3. When the mouse cursor changes to a double-sided arrow, click and drag to move the line up.

4. Repeat the process with the remaining lines.

You might want to keep in mind that resizing the day cells will work best if you start at the top and work your way down - because if you start at the bottom then work your way up, moving one line might cause one or more upper lines to move at the same time.

It is also important to keep in mind that when the bottom line for a week of day cells extends to the bottom of the calendar (as can be seen for the 26, 27, 28 day cells in the image below), there is no easy way to line up those day cells - because, since you will be moving the actual calendar grid, moving that line will move all lines above that line.

And, there is also one additional point which must always be kept in mind about resizing day cells on a 'Month on 2 Pages' view. When the day cells are re-sized for one month, those day cells will be re-sized for all months. So, for example, if you re-size the day cells for January, then re-size the day cells for February, then move back to January, you will see that the day cells for January are no longer lined up.

So, the only way to successfully print any calendar project, when the 'Month on 2 Pages' view is selected, is to design and print one month at a time (i.e. line up the day cells for January, then design and print January, line up the day cells for February, then design and print February, etc.)

If you select 'File' in the Calendar Creator menu bar, then select 'Page Setup' in the menu that drops down, you can click on the 'Layout' tab, select 'Pages per Calendar', then set that option to '2 Across' and '1 Down'.

Selecting that option will allow you to print one Month on two sheets of paper, with the day cells properly lined up. However, half of Wednesday (including half of each event for Wednesday) will be printed on one sheet of paper and the other half of Wednesday will be printed on the other sheet of paper.
