Hi Rick,
PM 10 does not offer either Avery 5195 support or the Custom Paper Wizard which is offered in PrintMaster 16, 17 & 18/18.1. And, indications are that none of the PM 18 and earlier versions or PS 23 and earlier versions offer 5195 support.
The Custom Paper Wizard, which is found in the 'Tools' menu, will allow you to create an Avery 5195 Custom Paper, using the following settings
Paper Width: 8.5"
Paper Height: 11"
Top Margin: 0.550"
Left Margin: 0.300"
Number of Columns across: 4
Number of Rows down: 15
Width: 1.750"
Height: 0.660"
Width + Gap: 2.05"
Height + Gap - 0.660"
NOTE: If you want to be able to print to the edge of the label, you will want to click on the box next to 'Full Bleed' - to place a check mark in that box - while you are creating the Custom Paper.
