I've loaded the game on two machines - both Win7 X64. On one machine the game runs fine. On the other it seems to load without issue except there is no mouse pointer on screen. I've uninstalled and re-installed three times now with no change. It is curious however, in that the screen acts like the mouse pointer is there but invisible. As you move the mouse occasionally a button will respond as though the pointer is there and if clicked, sometimes the expected result is achieved. So, what is obvious is that the mouse is working and pointer signal, if that's the right word, is present but the program is not displaying the pointer. Need your help - anyone? Wayne
The problem you described is normally caused by a display issue. Since display issues are normally caused by either outdated or corrupt video card drivers, the recommended solution for a display issue is to click on the link below
then follow the directions in that FAQ for updating the video card driver.
If updating your video card driver does not solve the problem, it is possible that your Bicycle Family Card Games installation is corrupt. And, since it is very important to keep in mind that a simple uninstall/reinstall will not always remove all corruption, the recommended solution for a corrupt installation would be click on the link below
then follow the directions in that FAQ for performing a 1) thorough uninstall, 2) computer cleanup and 3) 'clean' reinstall, keeping in mind that all recommended steps should be following EXACTLY as described - without skipping any steps or adding any steps.
If none of these suggestions helps to fix your problem, the next best thing to do would be to to click on the link below
