IGT Slots Cleopatra II has very specific system requirements and unless all requirements are met, the software will not work as expected.

Listed below are the Minimum System Requirements and instructions on how to check your computer.

If you meet all of the requirements and continue to experience problems, please try the Direct X solution towards the end of this article.

System requirements:

OS: Windows® XP (Home & Pro) SP3, Windows Vista® SP1, Windows® 7 ¹
Pentium® IV 2.4 GHz processor or faster
1GB RAM (2 GB RAM for Windows Vista® & Windows® 7),
1024x768 16 bit color display,
256MB VRAM Direct®X 9 Compliant Video Card (Intel® HD chipsets supported)
3 GB Hard Disk Space, DVD-ROM drive, Keyboard & mouse.


¹Administrator privileges are required to properly install the program on Windows® XP, Windows Vista®, Windows® 7.

Important Installation Note:

Please disable any Antivirus and/or Firewall software that you have running before installing this software. After the installation has completed and the product has been updated, you can re-enable your Antivirus and/or Firewall software

If you are not sure how to locate the details on your computer, please follow the steps below.

To check the processor speed, RAM and/or if your system is 32-bit or 64-bit, right-click on 'My Computer' or 'Computer' in the Start Menu then select 'Properties'.

Windows 7:

1. Using the right mouse button click on the desktop anywhere except on an Icon.
2. In the drop down menu click on Personalize.
3. In the blue menu bar in the lower left click Display.
4. In the blue menu bar in the upper left click Change Display Setting
5. In the white information window on middle right click on Advanced Settings.
6. Name of the Display Adapter is listed under Adapter Type.
7. Dedicated Video Memory is listed under Adapter Information
8. Driver date is in Properties, click the Properties button, click the Driver tab.

Windows Vista:

1. Using the right mouse button click on the desktop anywhere except on an Icon.
2. In the drop down menu click on Personalize.
3. In the menu bar click Display Settings.
4. In the Display Settings window click on Advanced Settings button.
5. Name of the Display Adapter is listed under Adapter Type.
6. Dedicated Video Memory is listed under Adapter Information
7. Driver date is in Properties, click the Properties button, click the Driver tab.

Windows XP:

1. Using the right mouse button click on the desktop anywhere except on an Icon.
2. In the drop down menu click on Properties.
3. In Display Properties window click the Settings tab.
4. In the Settings tab click on the Advanced button.
5. Click the Adapter tab, name of the Display Adapter is listed under Adapter Type.
6. Memory Size is listed under Adapter Information
7. Driver date is in Properties, click the Properties button, and click the Driver tab.

If you meet all of the minimum system requirements as listed above, but continue to experience problems, such as a distorted screen or the program freezes as it is launched, then we recommend you download and install Direct X 9.0c.

If after you have confirmed you have met all of the minimum system requirements and have downloaded and installed Direct X 9.0c, but continue to have problems with the software, please select the "Online Support Request" link at the bottom of this message,

When you submit an Online Support Request, Please ensure that you provide all of the information listed below:

1. How much Gigabytes of RAM does your computer have?
2. How fast is your computers processor speed?
3. What is the name of your computers Video Card?
4. How much dedicated memory (memory size for Windows XP) does your computer have?
5. What is the date of the Video Card Driver?

Failure to provide all of the details listed above can result in a response from Technical Support requesting that information - thus causing further delay in resolving the problem you experience with the program.
