...I guess I'm asking for step-by step typed help, so I can print it out, to follow instructions to get what you showed in your snapshot, is this asking too much of you? If so, please let me know, I'll honestly understand.

I am happy to help a fellow digi-scrapper!

There are two ways to add your photos:

  1. via the photo button
  2. via double-clicking a photo box

Let me know which way you prefer and we can discuss details if you run into problems.

Before we get started with this (above), I have another question...can I save the cropped photo so I can use it in another program? If not, I'm in a dilemna, as I'm currrently using CorelDraw to create my scrapbook(s).

Also I printed out your instructions, and was so surprised when it worked the 2nd time around! It's so easy.

No, only the entire page can be exported as JPG. Perhaps it may be better to do your pages in Scrapbook Boutique. If there are design elements you create in Draw, you can export them as PNG with transparency, them bring them into SB.

I hope I can encourage you to use Scrapbook Boutique. It and its sister program, My Memories, were specifically designed for making scrapbook pages. They come with lots of nice templates, papers, embellishments, shadows, cropping tools, etc. Any papers and embellishments you download from the internet are easily imported into the program.

In just 10 minutes, I started this Christmas page and it's almost finished.
