When a user contacted me by email to ask for assistance with the "Error #5: Access Denied" error message which is mentioned in this pinned item http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=40492 I discovered that that item is no longer valid. The original link was to a riverdeep.com support site. As can be seen, the original link now redirects to the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Technical Support web site; and, the riverdeep.com support sites appear to be no longer accessible. A search of the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Technical Support web site for Print Shop 5 results in a message which says, "Due to age the following products have been retired from technical support via the online self-help website. Telephone and e-mail support for these titles are also no longer available."
