How do I edit and size photos in the Printmaster 2012? I am trying to edit and size a picture to a 4X6 so I can print it on 4X6 photo paper. The printed picture comes up with a white line on 1 or more of the edges, and I want it to cover the entire photo paper. What am I doing wrong?

When I try to print the printer will not take the paper from the photo tray eventhouigh it is set to do so. HP has checked my printer and says it is ok. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have your printer set for borderless printing on 4x6 photo paper?

Do you have the latest drivers for your HP printer?

The answer to both questions is yes. HP just checked my printer and it is set to boarderless.
