The disc version when installed on Windows 7 either 32 bit or 64 bit comes up with an error when launching for the first time saying it needs administrator privileges to run, additionally an error comes up at the bottom right of the screen saying a driver is blocked due to incompatibility.

To solve this problem, go to the Tages website here http://www.tagesprotection.com/main.htm and click on drivers section.

Choose 32 bit for a 32 bit version of Windows , and 64 bit , for a 64 bit version of Windows.

If you are unsure of which version you have, click on the Start Button, then right click Computer and select Properties. Then under System, it should tell you whether you have 32 or 64 bit.

After updating the protection drivers, the program should launch.
