Since I'm only a volunteer moderator, I'm legally not able to give out order information for an individual customer because I don't have access to them :) But don't fret! Here are some helpful links to get you on the right path if you need quick self service help to this information : The three common download links http://www.hoylegaming.com/signin.aspx For purchases made from Encore sign in here http://www.encore.com/signin.aspx And for purchases made at Broderbund check here http://www.broderbund.com/signin.aspx Each page has a forgot password function if you forgot what you used to login. However downloads you purchase from Encore have a limited amount of time to download them. Either 3 downloads or 90 days unless you purchased download insurance. Redownloading an item is not guaranteed in these situations if you did not purchase download insurance. For all other order inquries relating to your purchases please log into your account and write down the order number , then go here to ge support for your order http://support.encore.com/ordersupport/ If you purchased your Hoyle Game from a third party download vendor, they are responsible for giving you support however you can use our forums for functionality support if you wish.
