Printshop version 10 - 5/6/2014 1:30:21 PM    Helena   Posts: 1 Joined: 5/6/2014 Status: offline I really need help. My Printshop Version 10 worked one day and then was gone off my computer. then i tried to reinstall it and when I tried to log in I got this message....The program has preformed an illegal operations and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contant the program vendor. what am I doing wrong??? PLEASE HELP I have windows 98 Thanks you so much Post #: 1

Unfortunately there is nothing else I can recommend. Microsoft stopped supporting Win98 years ago. There also is no tech support for PS 10 because it is so old. Sorry. (in reply to Helena) Post #: 2

Unfortunately as ellengard stated Windows 98 is very ancient and won't be supported anymore due to it's age. A reload of the operating system and installing the drivers in this case will solve 100% of crashes on your computer. But that's hard to say.
