can't specify image size, please help! - 7/11/2014 8:25:27 AM    stevieretro   Posts: 1 Joined: 7/11/2014 Status: offline In my old print shop, if you right clicked an image, among the copy, delete, rotate, ect. choices it gave you a "size" option, and you could pick full page or "more". Choosing "more" would take you to a sizing box where you could type in the exact size you wanted in millimeters/inches, such as 1.25 for 1 and a quarter inch, and the image would be changed to that specific size. i print images for jewelry, and i NEED this option to be able to print exact sizes. i can't find this option ANYWHERE in the deluxe 3.5 version- please help!! (note- my new laptop is Windows 8, which is why i can't use my older program anymore, i miss it!!) Post #: 1

I miss that feature, too. Version 3.5 only gives us rulers and guides to help us size our images by dragging its corners. I've tried the Image Editor which has a resize option, but it's in pixels only and NOT consistent i.e. the conversion of pixels to inches can be different from graphic to graphic! In 3.5 Pro version, you can add guides at specific points, creating a "rectangle" of specific size which can be used as a sizing template of sorts. This is my workaround. If that is not a workable solution, I suggest returning the product for a refund. If you'd like, I can check other Win 8 Encore products for the feature you need.
