Missing guide lines - 12/15/2014 7:09:03 PM    Merc8ds   Posts: 3 Joined: 12/15/2014 Status: offline I do not have guide line options in my print shop 3.5 deluxe edition even though it it listed in features on the website for the deluxe edition. Post #: 1

It shows that Deluxe does not have guides nor tables. If you found something else that says otherwise, please post it here. I can email the forum admin to get that fixed. You will then see the Show Templates icon. Click that. The selection of templates are tailored to the project you are doing. e.g. if you are doing a newsletter, you'll see newsletter templates; if brochure, you'll see brochure templates. While much older versions had manually insertable guidelines and you just kind of expect them to be there, the "how to" videos should mention that that feature does not apply to all versions. Any product manuals you see always has features excluded by model numbers. It is a shame the version went backward instead of forward. Just like everything else I guess, price stays same, packaging gets smaller. I also thought all pre set templates would be listed without designating an actual project. I really did not want to change versions but my former version was not compatible with windows 8.1. Sometimes change is not always better. (in reply to Merc8ds) Post #: 4
