Had PRint Shop Deluxe 2.0. It began to fail when I tried to print a project so I deleted and the installed 3.5. It is doing the same thing. When I try to print a project it says "Print Shop Has Stopped Working". I tried to update the Printer Driver. No change in the problem. I am running Windows 7 with all updates in place. Help please if you have a solution. THANKS!!

Is this for all projects or a particular project? A project that is exceptionally large or complex can fail to print. There are workarounds to simplify a project to make it manageable for the printer. Exporting to JPG is one workaround.

This is all projects. I have 30+ and they all suddenly stopped working. There is one possible solution that I will be trying this morning. I want to look at the extension to see if it has changed and if so I will try to open one and save it as a jpeg or some other format to see if it print.

Tried to open a project and save as jpeg then print....didn't print. I can print from other documents in Word, Excel, etc. but the Print Shop projects will not print. Super frustrated!

Something changed on your computer... perhaps an update. You'll need tech support help on this. Submit a ticket here:

As a workaround in the meantime, you can import the JPG into a Word doc and print it from there.
