   | Issue: Encore Technical Support has not received the attachment that I have sent. 
 Resolution: Our email clients cannot accept images which has been embedded into the body of the email sent. Please attach images using the "Attachment" feature of your email client and we'll receive your attachment.
 
 If unsure on how to use the attachment feature, please consult the support department of the webmail client you use, and or the email client software developer for more assistance.
