I have 150 certificates made and ready to print and I can not get it to print the last edge of the certificate. It is like the last half inch wont print. Moving it over doesn't work well either because it messes it all up. I tried saving it as a PDF file and when I go to print it from there the actual size is bigger than the 8.5x11 so I click on fit to page and it comes out with the far edge wider than the other edge. How can I fix this? How can you change the margins?? Need help fast.

This usually happens when the project size itself is bigger than 8.5x11. Is your project A4 or legal size?

Also, check your printer's website for the latest driver for your model and your OS.
