Clinic that has used Printshop (23) for quite a while to make posters/brochures

NOW -- when trying to print a brochure (front/back)

the program only allows one page to be printed
ie cant print 50 copies of inside page, then print 50 copies of outside page

its grayed out - 1 page only

the program used to allow this - any ideas

win 7 x64 printing to our network hp4525

user pc is an 'admin'

Our product is designed to only operate on local computers. It is not designed for Networks. If you were able to print from the Network before and you are not able to, please check the program permissions and re-install the product if necessary. Make sure you backup all of your projects (usually inside the documents folder) before attempting an uninstall and re-install.

Perhaps Windows updates now require printer driver update?

If no tech solution exists, the workaround is to send two separate print jobs.
