Due to the way the Windows 10 upgrade process behaves, you may find yourself unable to use the program after doing the upgrade install of the program. It is suggested that you backup your projects in the Print Shop 3.5 which are located by default under Documents. Print Shop 3.5 Deluxe project files will have a blue icon while Professional project files will have a yellow/orange icon. Once you have backed up your project files, uninstall Print Shop 3.5 Now upgrade to Windows 10 and reinstall Print Shop 3.5 The components should work 100% after that. Due to the way the Broderbund PDF Convertor behaves under Windows 10, it is suggested to use Cute PDF or an alternative PDF solution if you wish to output to that file format.
