If for some reason you face issues or error messages when trying to print to PDF files, the port may not be configured correctly.
To fix these errors / issues, click on Help at the top right of the screen and then click Preferences. Click the Printing Tab and click the button below. It should fix these errors. After configuring the port using the button, if you continue to have issues please contact Encore Technical Support at http://support.encore.com for further troubleshooting.
