A patch we had published did not work as expected and as a result this has been removed from the update server.
If you are affected by this issue, please uninstall the program. Directions for a generic clean install from XP through 7 can be found here: http://support.encore.com/customerservice/genericcleaninstall.aspx On Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, right click the Start Button and select "Programs and Features" Click Print Master v7 Platinum in the Control Panel and click the uninstall button. To reinstall the program, insert the disc into drive and follow the instructions, or for a download copy, double click on the installation file to begin the install process. Once you have finished installing, start the program and click Help > Check for updates. Apply the 7.01 patch.
