If getting an internet connection is a problem, then unfortunately, getting the clipart will also be problematic. The minimum system requirements does include "... Internet access: Broadband Internet connection required..." (in reply to linette02pr) Post #: 4

Without internet, the alternative is to purchase images on DVD.
