From everyone here at Encore, we wish all of our customers a safe and Happy Holidays! Please note that Encore Software will be closed on Monday, December 26th and will re-open on Tuesday, December 27th at 8 am CST.
Online tickets submitted over the holiday weekend will be replied to in the order they are received in when normal business hours resume. If you are having technical issues with our software, not only will these forums contain a wealth of functionality information, but our online support site, http://support.encore.com will have the most common solutions for issues that may arise as a result of encountering issues with software programs and games.
