How many names and how many sheets are you printing? I'm not sure if you noticed but you may want to try adjusting the number of items in your print out if you wish to have multiple sheets etc

I'm trying to print 100 address labels, ( all different name) avery 8160(5160) with 30 on a page,
After I select my names on mail merge from my address book and go to print, it only prints the first page.
I never had any problems with ealier versions of PS. But after importing all my addresses to PS4 they have a different
extension so can't use them of my earlier PS.

In the section called Label Sheet Range, change the number of items from 30 to 100.

If you print to the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer, you will get an accurate preview of the entire print job. The resulting PDF will show how everything will look without you having to waste ink and labels, if you spot any mistakes.

I found that 4 cards will always print when you use the print command from the Print Preview. No problem to print just one card when you close the Print Preview, then print by clicking the Print icon in the Home tab.
