Mismatched paper usually means that your printer's paper guides aren't pushed together correctly for your envelope stock. This sounds more like an HP issue, not a Print Shop issue. If you are sure you have your guides set properly, perhaps your printer driver needs reinstalling or updating. Go here to get the latest driver for your model and OS: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8620-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5367611 Try printing a #10 envelope from another program such as WordPad. If you get the same error, then you can be pretty sure the problem is the printer/printer driver.
