This program is no longer supported as it's been discontinued.
The blank calendar and events list issue was a known problem and the only way around this was to create a new local user on the same machine and use the program on the newly created account. If it happens again delete that account, and repeat to create a new one from the main Admin account. The events list appears again.
The cause of the problem was never found and fixed.
