I have a Printmaster platinum program that used to work with Windows 10. Windows has made updates that have resulted in the program not working with Windows 10. Is there a method that can be used allowing the program to work with Windows 10. Thank you for your assistance.

PrintMaster v7 Platinum should work with Windows 10. The same with v6 Platinum.

What I do is uninstall V7 Platinum, go to C:\Users\Public and delete the Story Rock Folder.

And then empty your recycle bin, reboot the computer and install the program again. It SHOULD work.

The only programs that I've known to have compatibility issues is anything else from PM 18.1 and older. There should be posts on here which may work for getting them to work on an older OS but we can't guarantee it. It's very old by today's standards so your mileage can vary.
