I have just purchased a disc with this game on it but I can't get it to work. I have Windows 10, 64-bit. I thought that by troubleshooting compatibility I could get it to work with Windows 7 settings, but no such luck. The game installs ok but when I try to start it I get the messages "Projector file corrupt" and "Projector file stopped". What does this mean and what can I do about it? I had bought the game some years ago from Real Arcade, but unfortunately the computer it was on crashed and when I contacted Gamehouse (who I believe took over from RA) they said they couldn't help. This is a great game and as it's also very educational I can't understand why it's no longer available. Someone should resurrect it for Windows 10 use. I'd be willing to pay for it again if only I could get it. Hope someone can help me.

Unfortunately, Encore does not have the distribution rights to this product anymore and has permanently discontinued it for some time. I would imagine that on Windows 10, they used Adobe Flash or Shockwave which Adobe and other web browser manufacturers are phasing out as well. The last known OS for this to work on was Windows 7. If you tried it on Win 8.1 or Win 10, you would not be able to use it because the programming is not compatible.

Even compatibility mode won't work.

I also understand some of our copies published used copy protection which meant the disk was supposed to be in the drive if you wanted to play it. That copy protection won't work regardless on Windows 10.
