Dear Encore Fans and Customers, We appreciate your use of our forums over the years and are happy that we are able to provide a live community forum where customers can get help for their products purchased. In order to provide a great customer experience going forward, many of the products we do not sell anymore will be removed from the forums, and the information will be permanently gone. If you need any of this information, please be sure to copy it to a document or print it out by January 15th, 2021 Starting January 16th, removal of legacy forums will begin and we will be only having a forum focus on our current products, going forward. Again, we appreciate your use of the forums and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
