A few weeks ago I opened my calendar and posted data. When I moved forward to the next month I noticed there was no data, the calendar was blank (no holidays, no appointments, no anythings except the dates). So I went back two months and it was blank. The current month was exactly as it was supposed to be. I feared that somehow all my data for more than 20 years had been lost. However when I displayed the calendar by multiple weeks instead of single month, all the data was displayed. I can not seem to get help from Encore Helpdesk. Does anyone hae any idear what could have caused this? I assume some setting accidentally got changed. I use this software every day.
