So two years ago I went through a divorce https://onlinedivorcer.com/county-specific-resources/florida/divorce-in-collier-county
Fairly amicable.

My ex had an attorney, I chose to negotiate myself, with the help of a family friend who is a lawyer. He looked over everything for me.

So now I’m in the process of selling the house we had together.

Do I have any legal recourse as far as breach of contract?
Any recourse in the way of property taxes, home improvements, or lost time at work while I’ve tried to sort this out?
I’m self-employed, and I’ve had the liberty to excuse myself from my duties, but I have had to “miss” work.
