When using the Hemera Clip Art 150,000, the images in the Export wizard are hard to see (as if the opacity has been changed) and look transparent and ghost like. The pictures look fine in the thumbnails, but when I try to export them to the clipboard or drag and drop to another program, they look as mentioned above. I can not use them in any of my photo editing software because the image is not solid.
Does anyone know of what may be causing this?
I have checked to see if maybe it is running off of some preferences from another program, but no luck so far. This program worked perfectly when installed on my other computer, but that was running on Win98 upgrade and Photoshop 6. Now I am on Windows XP Home Ed. and using Photoshop CS.
According to the Hemera Clip Art 150,000 literature, that product does not support transparencies. And, on my Windows XP Home computer, I have never seen what you described with my Hemera Clip Art 150,000 exported images; but, I haven't exported many images yet, so my experience is rather limited. My first guess would be that your problem is being caused more by your computer than by the Hemera Clip Art 150,000 software. Since this is a display issue, you may need to upgrade your graphics card driver.
But, it is also possible that your problem may be related to the information in this pinned item.
