Printing directly on CD/DVDs - 10/28/2006 8:58:50 AM    PattiW   Posts: 2 Joined: 10/28/2006 Status: offline Just purchased Print Shop Deluxe 22 to be able to print directly on inkjet printable CDs/DVDs. Can't find anywhere in the program for this option. Can anyone help? Post #: 1

RE: Printing directly on CD/DVDs - 10/28/2006 12:55:15 PM    ellengard Posts: 3253 Joined: 10/2/2006 Status: offline I don't have a printer that can do that, but if I did, the first thing to do is to go into the Printer Setup and choose the print directly onto CD option. This should change the page size to match the CD. Now open a blank page project. Is it the right size? I would expect that your printer came with software that specifically makes printing onto CD a simple task since your printer has that unique function. That would be my first choice. Using PrintShop to do this usually requires that you do a couple of test prints for alignment and I'm not sure if there is a way to do that without wasting CDs. (in reply to PattiW) Post #: 2

The printer did come with software but it doesn't allow for any creativity. You can do just about anything with Print Shop. (in reply to ellengard) Post #: 3
