I am looking for software to replace Microsoft Picture It! Publishing which I have used for a number of years. One of the features I used in Picture It was creating a cut out of a person/object with an edge finder. Is this something that PrintMaster 18 has available? By doing this type of cutout I could add a person to a group photo, etc.

Is there an online users manual that I could look at to see if it has all the features that I am looking for.

PictureIt is like a limited version of MS Digital Image Pro, so you'd probably like it and find its interface familar. My personal preference is Adobe PhotoShop Elements.

Both Broderbund's PrintMaster and Print Shop are primarily page layout programs, not photo-editing programs. Although they have some photo-editing features, they do a poor job of extracting an object out of one image and putting it into another. Very fake looking.
