Print shop 3.0 Deluxe: 'Copy' & 'Paste' options are gra... - 2/25/2012 6:27:17 AM    dalebailey   Posts: 1 Joined: 2/25/2012 Status: offline I bought this product thinking I could create a newsletter for an association I am a member of. I have found that I cannot copy and paste anything written by me or submitted by my association members for the newsletter, to the text boxes created. I have to manually retype everything in the boxes. Can someone please help me find the flaw in my process of how to "copy and paste" to a text box? And, it is a known fact that bugs in Print Shop 3.0.3 will cause the Copy & Paste options to be grayed out. The recommended solution for that problem is to click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=44058 scroll to the last to messages in that discussion to check out the information for downloading and installing the 3.0.5 patch. Please do keep in mind that if you purchased Print Shop 3.0 from a retail store within the last 90 days or from either broderbund.com, encore.com or hoylegaming.com within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a refund - even after the product has been installed.
