Click the button Advanced Repeat Rule. In the window that opens: Choose the button for "Every" Choose dropdown selections for 2 and Weeks. In the Days slider box, choose Friday. Set the beginning and end dates for the range of time this will be in effect (e.g., Start Date 2/24/2012 and Repeat Until 2/24/2022 Click OK, and then observe whether it's showing on the calendar every 2 weeks as you advance through the year. _____________________________ David (in reply to peterb278) Post #: 2
