You are having a technical problem that could have any number of causes. New Windows updates, changed user settings, corrupted files, virus/malware, etc. Normally, the correct advice is to submit a ticket to tech support, but unfortunately, support for this product is limited to the knowledgebase only. (See knowledgebase link at top.) This forum is for discussing how to use the features in PrintMaster, e.g. how to do a mail merge or how to change a photo to B/W. You may want to do the normal computer maintenance things like disk cleanup, disk defrag, virus check, registry repair. That might fix your problem and regular computer maintenance is a good thing to do anyway. If that doesn't work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.
